The kinds of personal information we may collect about you include your name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, account details, occupation, and any other information we may need to identify you.
Why We Collect Your Personal Information
Smith Investment Group is a holding company and does not write loans or take loan applications directly — those are handled by the relevant operating brand. At the Group level we collect personal information for the purposes of Group enquiries, partnerships, media requests and managing our relationship with you. If you submit a loan enquiry to one of our operating brands (residential.finance, duplex.loans, developer.loans, vehicle.lease or medico.loans), that brand will collect and handle your information under its own privacy practices and the Group's Australian Credit Licence (502091).
